Talent Acquisition
Maintain job postings on major recruitment platforms
Coordinate with electrical engineering schools for campus recruitment events
Manage full-cycle hiring process from interviewing to onboarding
HR Operations
Administer employee lifecycle processes (hiring/exit formalities, social insurance)
Implement corporate HR policies and procedures
Oversee daily HR department operations
Strategic HR Management
Develop and execute HR programs (compensation, benefits, training, performance management)
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Continuously optimize HR systems and workflows
Key Qualifications:
Must-Have Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
✔ 2+ years HR generalist experience (exceptional new graduates considered)
✔ Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and labor regulations
Critical Competencies:
✔ Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
✔ Advanced proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Preferred Attributes:
• Experience in technical/engineering recruitment

Position: Budget Engineer (Electrical Equipment)
Key Responsibilities:
Bidding & Budget Management
Prepare technical clarification documents based on project drawings and specifications
Organize budget kickoff meetings and finalize cost calculation guidelines
Compile tender budgets including component costs (primary/secondary devices, enclosures) and logistics expenses
Submit consolidated cost estimates to Budget Supervisor for approval
Pricing Strategy Execution
Adjust final offer prices based on approved pricing strategy documents
Verify strategic pricing against detailed engineering drawings
Ensure all quotations are properly documented with official company stamps
Change Order Management
Process change order quotations according to contract terms
Provide supplementary equipment pricing during project execution
Maintain proper documentation in DingTalk system
Budget Adjustment Policies:
Labor and auxiliary material costs will not be verified due to unclear benchmarks
Strategic project quotes require finalized technical drawings (no post-submission verification)
Modification quotes to include full service costs (e.g., 1 technician + 1 vehicle/day for switch replacement)
Qualifications:
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Automation or related field
2+ years experience (open to outstanding fresh graduates)
Thorough knowledge of electrical components market pricing
Strong analytical skills with ability to work under pressure
